Connect WhatsApp to Mujib with a link code or a QR code
To connect WhatsApp to Mujib, open Channels and link your business number with a code you type into WhatsApp on your phone, or a QR code you scan with WhatsApp’s camera. The agent then reads and answers your customers’ messages on that number. No new SIM is needed.
Mujib links to your number as a linked device, like WhatsApp Web: the number keeps working on your phone, and you see the conversations both in the app and in the Mujib dashboard.
