Mujib product changelog: what's new, month by month

This product changelog gathers what has changed in Mujib that you and your customers can see: new features and improvements to the agent, conversations, bookings, subscriptions and integrations, month by month from newest to oldest, each with the date it arrived.

Anything the Mujib team needs to switch on for you is marked “available on request”. API changes for developers are in the API changelog.

  • The Integrations page shows each tool’s logo in its real colours.
  • Connecting Mujib to Claude or ChatGPT starts with full access: the assistant reads your business’s data and improves the agent after you approve each change, and you can undo any change. Anyone who wants read-only access unticks full access when connecting.
  • Every integration is now available: Claude and ChatGPT, CRM systems such as Odoo, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho CRM and Salesforce, Google Sheets, Shopify and WooCommerce stores, and the automation tools Zapier, Make and n8n. See Integrations.
  • Calendar links for each branch show its appointments in Google Calendar or Outlook. You switch them on yourself from the Integrations page; they stay off until you do.
  • In Analytics, the Most frequent questions section: the topics your customers ask about most, how many asked, and examples of their questions as they wrote them.
  • A customer can ask for a female or male specialist, and the agent books someone who matches once you record your specialists’ gender in the roster. See Choose specialist.
  • Recording a subscription a customer already had before you started using Mujib, with its plan and end date, without counting it as a new sale.
  • A list for each branch of customers who have visits but no recorded subscription, with a button beside each one to record it.
  • The agent tells new-subscription prices apart from renewal prices, and when it does not know which one fits the customer, it asks before quoting.
  • The Mujib walkthrough video explains the dashboard; open it from your account menu.
  • For each kind of comment on your posts, such as a question, praise or a complaint, you choose what the agent does, and you can write the reply yourself.
  • Comment keywords accept several spellings of the same word and catch it even with a small typo. See Keyword replies.
  • A prompt in the dashboard suggests turning on notifications on your phone. See Notifications.
  • The agent knows which ad or reel a customer came from and answers in that context, and you see the ad card above their message in the inbox. See Click to WhatsApp ads.
  • Dates across the dashboard use one format: year, then month, then day.
  • A past appointment on the calendar shows the customer’s next appointment if one is booked, and the appointment sheet has a button to book the same slot next week.
  • Each visit type has the Ask: subscribed / not subscribed? option.
  • Freezing a customer’s subscription straight from the appointment sheet.
  • Clearer appointment printing: one appointment per line.
  • A new dashboard design for phone and computer became the default.
  • The agent knows a customer’s upcoming appointments and last visit, so it answers “When is my appointment?” directly.
  • When a customer with an upcoming appointment asks for a new one, the agent asks whether they want to move theirs or book an extra one.
  • A customer’s reply to an appointment reminder lands in the same conversation as the reminder.
  • The inbox has a Other conversations with this customer section to open their earlier conversations.
  • The outcome of a visit after attendance: the customer subscribed or did not.
  • Gift days on a subscription extend its end date, with a reason.
  • A new subscription movement report for any period and any branch.
  • A branch can have more than one opening window in a day, and the agent never books in the break between them.
  • A notification in the dashboard for every new booking the agent makes.
  • Downloading photos, voice messages and files from a conversation to your device.
  • Deleting a message you sent on WhatsApp for everyone, within a short time of sending it.
  • Sending voice messages from the inbox on Messenger and Instagram, not only WhatsApp.
  • Editing a customer’s phone number from the booking details, which updates their upcoming appointments and subscription too.
  • Appointment reminders to customers are on by default, with a switch to turn them off. See Appointment reminders.
  • Sending photos and voice messages from the inbox, and a channel filter in the conversation list.
  • Personal working hours for each specialist when they differ from the branch’s.
  • You control the booking, move and cancellation alerts that reach branch numbers.
  • A daily summary for each branch of subscriptions ending soon and payments due; it stays off until you turn it on.
  • Attendance and no-show marks on appointment cards in the calendar.
  • The spam detector stops automatic replies in a suspicious conversation and marks it Possible spam, and you decide after reviewing it. See Spam messages.
  • Uploading PDF, Word, Excel, CSV and text files during setup for the agent to learn from.
  • Details you require before each booking is confirmed, such as the customer’s name and number, without the agent asking again for a number it already knows.
  • Instagram comments on the Comments page, with the commenter’s name.
  • A notice above the reply box in Messenger and Instagram conversations when the 24-hour window since the customer’s last message has passed, instead of the send failing after you press it.
  • Public replies to comments, and hiding comments, from the Comments page. Available on request.
  • A button to print appointments from the calendar, by day, week or month, for one specialist or all of them.
