# Mujib affiliate program, how referrals and commissions work

The Mujib affiliate program lets you share your own link with business owners: when a business opens its account from your link and pays for its subscription, you get a share of its payments for a set period. You apply on the Mujib website, the team reviews it, and you follow your earnings in the affiliate portal.

There are no figures on this page: the commission rate, its duration and the minimum withdrawal are on the [program page](https://mujib.ai/en/affiliate) and inside the portal.

## How do I join the affiliate program?

You fill in the application form on the program page of the Mujib website, and a person on the Mujib team reviews it before your account is turned on.

1. Open the [program page](https://mujib.ai/en/affiliate) and scroll to the application form.
2. Enter your name, email and WhatsApp phone number, and choose a password. You can also add a note about your audience or how you market.
3. Send the application. The team gets back to you on the number you gave.
4. Once accepted, sign in to the affiliate portal at `https://app.mujib.ai/affiliate/login` with your email and password.

- An affiliate account is separate from business accounts in Mujib, so you do not need a workspace.
- You cannot sign in before your application is accepted.
- The affiliate portal is in Arabic only.

## How is a business that comes from my link counted?

A business counts as yours when it opens its account from the sign-up page your link leads to. Your link has the form `mujib.ai/r/<your-code>`, and you find it with your code on the portal's home page.

- You copy the link, or share it on WhatsApp straight from the portal.
- Each time the link is opened it counts as a visit, and the business is counted when it opens its account with the sign-up form that comes up after the link.
- Ask the business owner to finish signing up on the same page your link opened, with an email and a password.

The portal's home page shows your link's journey in three steps: who opened your link, who opened an account, and who became paying. You see numbers only, never the businesses' names or data.

## When do I earn a commission?

You earn a share of every payment that a business from your link makes and the Mujib team confirms, for a set period starting from that business's first paid payment.

- The share is counted on plan payments, conversation packs and monthly add-ons.
- A sign-up or a free trial alone earns nothing.
- The share is added to your balance as soon as the payment is recorded.
- If a business's plan payment is refunded within the guarantee period, your share of it is taken back from your balance.
- No commission is counted on businesses managed by a partner agency, or on payments made before your application was accepted.

## How do I withdraw my balance?

Once your available balance reaches the minimum withdrawal, you request it from the commissions page in the portal, and the Mujib team transfers it to your account.

1. Open the account page in the portal, choose the payout method, CliQ or bank transfer, and enter its details.
2. Open the commissions page and request the amount you want from your available balance.
3. Follow the request's status: requested, then approved, then paid; a rejected request returns the amount to your balance.

- One withdrawal request at a time; wait for the open one to finish before asking for another.
- There is no fixed time for the transfer.
- The commissions page shows your total earned, what is pending, your earnings history and your past withdrawal requests.

## What is in the affiliate portal?

Four pages: home, commissions, marketing materials and account.

You cannot change your email or your code from the portal; contact the Mujib team for that through the contact link in the menu.

## What rules do I need to follow?

You promote Mujib under your own name, and you do not message people in bulk.

- Do not send bulk messages to people you do not know.
- Do not create a page or an ad in Mujib's name as if you were the company.
- Share the marketing materials as they are; they match the product.
